Each BioCommons associated platform or service has a dedicated user support email (combined with an issues ticketing system) for technical queries. Links to access the support for each platform or service are found within the documentation for each platform/service. 

Some service support (especially around command line access) will also be available via existing help desk systems offered by our partners (e.g. NCI, Pawsey, QCIF).
